Fanning can bring out best in Judge 'N Jury !

Joe Fanning has ridden Judge 'N Jury on 3 occasions, he was 2nd of 15 to Hamish McGonagall beaten 1 1/2 lengths off a mark of 95 in a Class 2 Hcap at York last summer, he was 9th of 21 to Hoof It beaten 3 1/4 lengths off 95 in a Class 2 Hcap at Doncaster in October and he was 4th to Ancient Cross beaten 2 1/2 lengths off 91 in a Class 2 Hcap last time out at York. The combination today are in  Class 3 Hcap off a mark of 90 and with Joe Fanning sure to give him a positive ride he should go very close on his frist visit to Ayr on going sure to suit. Hopefully he, Strike up the Band and Mayoman dont go off at a suicidal pace as that may set the race up for customary late finisher The Nifty Fox.

Unfortunately there was a very strong headwind at Ayr and the selection although running well took the brunt of it up front and the two that had been held up off the pace came through to take first and second.
