The words of Lewis Carrolls poem bring me to my selection for honours in tomorrows Listed Hever Sprint Stakes over 5f at Lingfield. Addictive Dream is drawn 3 and is a horse who likes to dominate the field. He won last time out over course and distance, making all to beat Ubetterbegood by two and three quarter lengths. He set the pace when the 6f course record was broken here back in December and its a course he has taken well to and this jockey has formed a good bond with him.
Last years winner Ladies Are Forever is best in at the weights and will obviously be thereabouts and may even win again but its Addictive Dream for me and hopefully its a springboard for Nicholls to get back amongst the big sprint winners this season.
